Overseas Participants: Visas and Sponsorship

Please note that NPO JALT is unable to lend any assistance towards the application of visas. Specifically we are unable to:

• Provide any offer of or actual sponsorship of speakers.
• Provide immigration paperwork or documents of this kind.
• Provide any assistance with travel arrangements.

Participants from outside Japan should check the following government site http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/ regarding visa requirements for entry into Japan.

Please understand that JALT assumes no financial, legal or personal responsibilities for a conference attendee. The onus is on the attendee to arrange for their entry visa to Japan. Presenters, upon acceptance of their paper, may request a letter from JALT stating this fact.
