Below are directions* to Seigakuin University where the conference will be held.

The closest stations to Seigakuin University are Miyahara Station on the JR Takasaki Line and Nisshin Station on the JR Saikyo Line. Both stations are one stop over from Omiya (located near the center of Saitama Prefecture), and the university is about a 15 minute walk from either station. You can get to the university from such major terminals as Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ueno without having to change lines. There is a free university bus running from both Miyahara and Nisshin Station.
