Team-teaching Development

Many JET participants around Japan meet both informally and formally with their colleagues to discuss issues related to teaching. This report seeks to find out more details about the formal meetings. This includes: who organizes the meetings, where they take place, what is discussed and how regularly they occur. Are these meetings helpful in improving team teaching skills and improving their teaching ability? What suggestions are there in regards to improving JETs' teaching skills?
